Getting a sofa out is the hard part

Will you take a sofa from an upstairs flat?
Yes. Tell us the floor and whether there is a lift. Stairs are part of how we plan the job and what it costs.
Do I need to take the legs or cushions off?
No, but tell us if you already have. Removing legs and cushions can make a tight turn easier, and we do that if it helps.
Can you collect a sofa the same day?
Only when the diary allows. Message early in the day, with photos, and we tell you.
Can you take a sofa if the delivery is arriving the same day?
Yes, we can work around a delivery slot. Tell us the time window and we book the collection either side.
