Do you value the contents of the house?
No. We are a waste removal service, not a valuer, and we do not offer to buy or price contents. If you suspect furniture, silver, paintings or collections have value, ask an auctioneer or a valuer to look first, then book us for what remains.
Can the family be there on the day?
Yes, and many prefer it. You can walk us through the rooms, say what stays and take anything you have missed. If nobody can attend, we can work from written instructions and a key safe.
What if we find something private or valuable while you clear?
Tell us up front to stop and check with you if we find documents, cash, jewellery or photographs. Better still, go through the drawers and bedside tables yourselves before we arrive.
Can it be done a room at a time?
Yes. Some families clear the house across several visits as they sort. Say so when you ask for the quote and we plan the days around you.
Do you take electrical goods and mattresses from the house?
Those are regulated items. Mention them in your photos and we confirm what we can take on the quote. Do not assume they are included.
