Small businesses, managing agents and landlords handing back commercial space. IT equipment counts as regulated waste and needs a mention in your photos. We are not a data destruction service, so remove or wipe hard drives before they are collected.

Do you give a transfer note for commercial waste?
Yes. Every job gets one, and you should keep it for your records.
Do you clear IT equipment?
Mention it in your photos. It is regulated waste and we confirm it on the quote. Wipe or remove any hard drives first.
Can you work outside office hours?
We work Monday to Saturday, 9am to 5pm. If your building needs a Saturday slot, say so when you ask for the quote.
Do you do full strip outs?
We do light strip outs and clearances. For heavy demolition or asbestos work you need a specialist contractor.
