Quotes and booking
How do I get a quote?
Use the form with photos and your postcode, or WhatsApp the photos to the same number we answer the phone on. Photos get a tighter price and most jobs need no visit.
How quickly can you come?
Same-day when the diary allows. Otherwise we book a slot that suits you. Tell us the date that matters in your first message.
How is the price worked out?
By how much space the waste fills in the van, how hard it is to reach and anything that costs more to dispose of. The pricing page shows the method.
Do I need to be there?
Not always. If the waste is outside or access is arranged, tell us in the form. For anything inside the property it helps if someone confirms what goes.
How do I pay?
We confirm how to pay when we send the quote.
What we take
What do you take?
Household waste, furniture, garden waste, DIY waste and small commercial clearances. The service pages list what each job covers.
What do you not take?
Asbestos, chemicals, full paint tins, gas bottles, clinical waste, raw food waste and anything hazardous that we do not hold the right permit to carry.
Do you take fridges, mattresses and TVs?
Mention them in your photos and message. They are regulated items and we confirm them on the quote.
Do I need to carry things outside first?
No. We carry from wherever it is, including upstairs and from cellars.
Licence and paperwork
Are you a licensed waste carrier?
Yes. We are a registered waste carrier, and the registration number is in the footer of every page. You can check any carrier on the Environment Agency's public register.
What is a waste transfer note?
A document that records who gave the waste, who took it, what it was and where it is going. Keep it for two years.
Where does my waste go?
To a permitted waste site. We do not fly tip, and we do not take waste we cannot legally carry.

Do you cover Bradford, Wakefield or Harrogate?
No. We stay inside the LS patch.
Why not just use the tip?
You can, if you have a car load. The council restricts vans and trailers at the household waste sites, trade waste is not accepted and the trip takes your day. Check leeds.gov.uk for current rules.
