Why a brown bin is not enough
A brown bin takes what fits in the bin and nothing more. It does not take a felled tree, a set of fence panels or a dismantled shed. Leeds gardens make it harder again: long back gardens behind terraces, steps down to a lawn, ginnels instead of side gates and, in the outer suburbs, big plots that have grown over a few seasons.
We ask about the route from the garden to the van, because a short carry and a long carry are priced differently.

Heavy materials such as soil, rubble and paving are priced by the load, so tell us about them up front. If you think you have Japanese knotweed, say so before we book. It is controlled waste and needs a specialist route.

Do you take soil and turf?
Small amounts, yes. Large quantities are heavy and priced by the load, so add it to your photos and the message.
Can you cut the hedge as well as take the waste?
Tell us what you need when you ask for the quote. If the job includes cutting, we will price it as part of the visit.
Do you take sheds?
Yes. A dismantled shed is easiest. If it is still standing, put it in the photos and we tell you whether we take it down as part of the job.
What about Japanese knotweed?
Tell us before booking. It is controlled waste and cannot go in an ordinary load.
