Who we are
This site is run by Offload Waste Removal. We are the data controller for the details you send us. You can contact us at info@offloadwaste.com.
What we collect
When you use the quote form or contact us, we collect your name, phone number, email address, postcode, the photos you send, and the details of the job you give us, including access notes.
Why we use it
We use your details to give you a quote, arrange and carry out the job, issue the waste transfer note and keep the records the law requires. We do not sell your details and we do not use them for anything unrelated to your job.
How long we keep it
We keep job records and waste transfer notes for as long as the law requires, which for transfer notes in England is at least two years. Quote requests that do not become jobs are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Who sees it
The people who need it to do the job, and the services that run our website, email and quote form on our behalf. Quote form submissions, including photos, are received through our website host, Netlify. We share details with authorities if the law requires it.
Your rights
You can ask to see the details we hold about you, correct them, or ask us to delete them. You can also object to how we use them. Email info@offloadwaste.com. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
