Horsforth and the Cookridge fringe
LS18 is Horsforth almost entirely. There is the older centre near the main road, Woodside and the streets that climb towards the ring road, and housing that shades into Cookridge on the eastern side. The town has its own railway station, a run of independent shops and a settled feel. Plenty of residents commute into Leeds, so weekday evenings and Saturday mornings tend to be the busy slots.
