Who we help
Waste removal in Leeds for holiday let and Airbnb hosts
A holiday let runs on changeovers. Guests leave at ten, the next arrive at four, and in between the cleaner discovers a broken chair, a pile of bags and a sofa bed that will not fold. Offload offers waste removal Leeds hosts can call when the job is bigger than the bin store.
We work with hosts who manage one flat or several. We quote from your photos, plan around your calendar and remove what the cleaners cannot.
- Licensed carrier
- Transfer note every job
- Same-day when the diary allows

The gap between guests is short
Short stays leave odd things behind. After a party weekend there might be furniture damaged beyond repair, cases of empties, a broken bed base or a sofa bed with a split mattress. A stag group can leave a flat looking like a festival field. Cleaners are booked for cleaning, and the bins fill quickly. Local collections are not designed for a hosting business, and leaving bags in the communal hall upsets neighbours and puts your own listing at risk.
Then there is the slow churn. Furniture wears out faster in a let than in a home, and refreshing a flat means old sofas, tables and wardrobes need to go before the new ones arrive. Delivery firms rarely take the old ones away. A van team that can collect on a set day, work around the calendar and leave the property ready for the next guest lets you focus on the listing.

How to plan a changeover collection
Send photos and your calendar
Show what needs to go and tell us the gap between guests, including check out and check in times.
Sort access
Tell us about key safes, smart locks or a cleaner on site, and whether the building has a lift or a shared entrance.
Quote and slot
We send a written quote for the job as described and offer a slot inside your window.
Collect and tidy
We remove the items, sweep the area we worked in and leave the property ready for your cleaner.
Records for a host with several properties
Each collection comes with a waste transfer note that records what was taken and from which address, so you can keep a note per property. If you run a number of flats, it also helps you show, if anyone asks, that the waste from your lets went to a registered carrier and was not left in the street. Your accountant or lettings adviser will tell you what belongs in your business records, but a dated note for each job is a sensible thing to hold. Ask us about repeat work if you expect regular collections.
Questions
Can you collect between a check out and a check in?
Sometimes. It depends on the size of the job and how tight the window is. Tell us the times in your message and we will say honestly whether it is realistic.
Do you clean the property afterwards?
No. We sweep where we have worked, but we are not a cleaning company. Your cleaner still needs to do their job.
What if a guest has left something valuable or personal?
We only take items you have told us to remove. Anything that looks personal or valuable should be set aside for the guest or handled under your own process.
Can you take a worn mattress or a guest room TV?
Show them in the photos and we will say in the quote whether they are on the van.
